YSCCA Students Awarded First Prizes at "Art Parade in Vitebsk" International Culture Festival in Belarus

The international culture festival "Art Parade in Vitebsk" organised by the Ministry of Culture of RB took place in Vitebsk from 8-10 of January, 2020 by online broadcasting. YSCCA students participated in different nominations of the festival - "INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC", "VOCAL", "DANCE", "VARIETY ART".
629 performers from 28 European and CIS states participated in the festival. Armenia received first and other prizes.
In the nomination "INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC" THE BAND OF YEREVAN STATE COLLEGE OF CULTURE AND ARTS got the first prize, and students ARA HOVHANNISYAN (Percussion instruments) and ERIK HARUTYUNYAN (Guitar) became laureates of the second place.
In the nomination "VOCAL" students VAHAGN KARAPETYAN, GARIK SIMONYAN and MARIA KHANDANYAN received the second prize.
In the nomination "DANCE" THE DANCE ENSEMBLE OF YEREVAN STATE COLLEGE OF CULTURE AND ARTS got "The Third Laureate" prize.
In the nomination "VARIETY ART" college graduate MARIAM NIKOLYAN got the first prize, and students AZAT SHAPAGHATYAN and ANUSH MAYILYAN got "The Third Laureate" prize.
Singer, YSCCA lecturer Vrezh Kirakosyan was a member of the jury at the international festival.
