The Armenian delegation will not take part in the international festival of Arts “Slavic Bazaar” in Belarus this year.
Regarding the statement of
the Prime Minister of Armenia on the termination of official relations between
the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Belarus, the Armenian delegation
decided not to travel to Belarus and not to participate in the annual
international festival of Arts “Slavic Bazaar 2024”, which will be held in
Belarus from July 8 to 18 of this year.
All nations of the world are united by one language - culture, so it is impossible not to appreciate what has been created over the years, namely Armenian-Belarusian cultural ties.
We sincerely hope that the resulting political chaos will be resolved in the near future on the basis of love and solidarity and friendly relations between the two nations will be restored.
Let us remind you that the representatives of Armenia at the “Slavic Bazaar” festival this year were the winner of numerous competitions, singer Suzanna Melkonyan and 9-year-old Yana Stepanyan.
